This fan went in no problem, and is the perfect solution, I prefer it over the stood-up version.
It hardly makes a noise as it spins through its LED light show and it tucks away in a low-profile case perfectly. It looks like a great build, and the copper pipes add a hot rod look to the construction.
The well thought out wire positions works great in finding their way to the GPIO pins. This beauty is going to allow me to overclock my Pi4 to the max.

“Amazing cooler, keeps the pi so cool even overclocked and under heavy load. What surprised me also is how quiet it is, previous fan cases i have used are much louder. Initially looks expensive but for the best and last cooler you will ever need for your Pi it is more than worth it. “Excellent cooler, just ignore the instructions if you are also using the "Metal Case For Low-Profile ICE Tower Cooler" as they are wrong (hence 4 stars). It is easy to work out how to do it but it is a bit fiddly. That being said the combination of case and coller are excellent.”
