“This is a really nice product, it’s well thought out and well made, it fits together very well and offers access to all the Pi4’s features while giving it a slick look. The entire top part is aluminium and there are towers and thermal pads to sink heat from the CPU and RAM into the case, it also has a fan if the system gets too toasty. The extra bit of weight also goes some way to stopping the Pi4 from sliding across the desk when one of the cables moves, or sitting at an awkward angle because of the cable connections
Very-much exactly what I wanted for my Pi4 after faffing with so many cheap, plastic cases over the years this makes what’s a great board into a great micro-desktop.”
“Great case, looks amazing and the ports being moved is great! Not actually sure if the fan is working on retro pie but I’ve been able to play a lot of heavy duty games and the heat dissipation is top notch”
“Solidly built, adequate cooling, very sleek and satisfying to look at. The labelled pin pass-through covered by a magnet held panel is a REALLY nice touch.”
“Great case, I had originally bought the Official Pi 4 case but it gets a bit too hot for my liking and the port placement makes it difficult to have anywhere. The Argon one resolves this problem, it moves all the ports to the back of the device with a handy attachment, looks great and is easy to set up (not as simple as the official case as the pi4 is screwed in with this case.)
Highly recommend if you are looking for a sleek and effective little Pi case.”
