Fantastic quality case, love the full size HDMI ports and the power button. Wasn't too difficult to build and makes your Pi 4 feel like a proper little PC, not dissimilar to a Intel NUC/Mac Mini (not performance though). Currently using a 4GB Rev 1.2 as a media centre but it's to be used for a web based Uni Project soon, and good thermals will be key.

An awesome, high quality, case that will bundle up your RPI4 and keep it extremely cool! This is the third Argon ONE case I have brought from Pi Hut for Raspberry Pi 4 single board computers, we have several hard worked servers here where we have experimented with using RPI4s instead of rack mounted enterprise servers for tasks such as 3CX Voip Server (for Voice over internet telephone calls) OMV5 Servers (File servers) and even a DNS Server with PiHole (blocks webpage adds for users in our network), and of all the cases we have tried, this one is the most solid (Its aluminium) and offers the best cooling. No matter how much bandwidth and processing we throw at it, I have never seen temperatures getting above 40 degrees C on the CPU, and that includes heavy duty audio compression on the 3CX Server, where it is dealing with upto 10 calls at the same time, as well as others on hold with an automated assistant. The fan is NOT noisy, even if it was, it is controlled by the PI and turns off (most of the time it is off) and goes through several speeds depending on the actual temperature of the Pi CPU... I do not think I have ever heard it have to go above 25% speed, as the entire case acts as a heat sink. The M.2 Version we have for the 3CX Server is without SD Card, Boots off of the M.2 SSD Driver (also from Pi Hut) and is insanely fast at booting, but most importantly is a robust solution, unlike using SD cards which can be volatile. The only dissapointment I have is that Argon have discontinued the Raspberry Pi 3B Version of the ArgonOne case with fan, which is a shame because I have a finely tuned RPI3B with Octopi running on it for my 3D printer, which I would love to take out of it's plastic case, and mount in an ArgonOne! Delivery from Pi Hut is second to none, which is why we keep coming back to them time and time again.

I've had many different Raspberry Pi cases, and they've all been terrible to be perfectly honest. I hate wires - or more specifically I hate messy, unruly wires. I like them to be tucked away, neatly managed and not getting in my way. Finally the Argon One V2 gives me just that. As all the ports are around the back of the case, this leaves your desk completely uncluttered with unsightly cables. Particularly, this case converts the delicate micro HDMI ports to full size, so you don't have to buy expensive new cables and you don't need to worry about breaking the port. I've also used various power management solutions over the years, and I have to say the Argon One solution is by far the best I've ever known, once the one line terminal script is run, it just works. Cooling is also superb - running at stock speeds I haven't seen temperatures above 48 degrees. I'd like to add that the fan inside the case is very quiet and effective, although I've only known it to come on before I ran the script, temperatures simply don't get high enough for it to ever come on. If you intend to use a Raspberry Pi 4 in a desktop role, this is THE case to get.

The passive cooling on the case keeps temps low very well, and then the active cooling also makes a massive difference! I'm keeping my pi in a warm space so I wanted the cooling to be on point and it works absolutely fantastically!!!! Looks brilliant too!

Probably the best case for Raspberry Pi 4 so far. I had a concern that the media extension board would make it too large, but it barely makes it wider than regular cases if you take into account the power cable sticking to the side. The case provides effective cooling to such extent that the temperature controlled fan hasn't powered on yet at all. In fact the high pitched fan noise is probably the only negative thing about this case. The fan is on full blast by default and I'd rather enable it with the script when needed rather than be required to run the script to turn it off.

probably the best case for the bare pi 4

Absolutely superb case. Very well thought through. About only flaw is that cut outs for connectors don't align 100% and the opening for 3.5mm jack is a bit on the tight side. So I ended up enlarging it with the drill bit. But all in all, best one out there (in my opinion)
