I've been using the V2 case for over six months now. Very easy to set up (just follow the instructions), the fan is very quiet when it's running which because of the passive cooling effect of the case isn't constant. It feels well engineered with quality materials and looks very smart. The plus for me over the V1 is the full size HDMI ports which mean you don't have to buy new cables to fit the mini HDMI ports on the V1. All in all I have had no negative experience of any kind with this case.

Brilliant piece of kit - really handy having the connections all made on the rear. I use it for Amateur radio data modes - FT8, and it runs really well - over 1800 contacts so far. Really well engineered case and very easy to install and setup. Usual fast delivery and for the money I couldn't be happier. Thank you Pi Hut

Sleek, compact, stylish and virtually silent. Very well built and well worth the money. Inbuilt fan keeps the pi nice and cool. Now considering the expansion board so I can add an SSD.

The case is very well built and VERY small - I know the Pi is a small computer but really expected the case to be bigger - this is not a bad thing, I was just surprised by it's compactness. A word of advice, if you want to use it as a media player and plan on using the in-built power function, buy the remote control that goes with the case.

Takes the pi to another level. Can now ignore the power socket and switch on and off via its own software or the argon switch.

Unfortunately, despite reading all instructions and the many articles about configuring the case and fan on various internet sites I was unable to control the fan whilst running Home Assistant under Docker. But the real show-stopper was the noise the fan made. Relatively quiet at first despite running at max speed but after a few days of non-stop running it started making a buzzing noise which drowned that of two nearby NASs. That was enough for me so I replaced the Argon with a cheap plastic case and an even cheaper fan from Amazon. Been running 24x7 for over three weeks now, can’t hear the fan (it is working!) and processor temp is steady at 45°C. No complaints about The Pi Hut. Easy to order and delivered on time. But I won’t be ordering another Argon!
