“The Arduino Uno R4 WiFi is a great board packed with lots of features.
However, WiFi and SPI performance needs much improvement at the time of writing this review. An Uno R3 with an Ethernet shield can serve web content faster than the R4 WiFi, as can an ESP8266 board.
The under-performance may be due to issues with the firmware, which should be resolved over time.
