I really like this case, it looks great on my desk, has very good port layout on the rear and cools the Pi really well, can't recommend enough. Will likely pick up the OLED display screen for it soon!

It might be expensive but remember that you don't need an official fan (~£5) or an M2 NVMe hat (~£11) or a USB audio card (~£10) so the actual cost of this case is just ~£20 which is rally good value as it's probably the best Pi case I've ever had.

This has to be the best case for the Pi 5. Fits together easily and perfectly. SSD support without taking excessive space. Half of the case is plastic, would be nice if it was all meta, but still an excellent case.

Build around a beautifully intricate piece of cast aluminium into which everything fits neatly. Great port positions for a compact desktop case. Everything has been running cool, quiet, and reliable.

First case that arrived, would not power on when all connected together, so I did what was asked a few times on ThePiHut web site, & tried to push the internal Argone case circuit board tighter to the Pi5. Eventually after about 3 attempts at this, I put so much forced there as it was not powering up & online was saying it was a connection issue, that the 2 boards twisted in my hands (panic set in). The PiHut to the rescue, they agreed to do a Free of Charge Swap out. The second Argon I got all plugged in, with 1 attempt only at connecting the 2 circuit boards (i.e. the Pi5 to the Argon One Circuit board for External USB & Audio/Mic etc) & it all powered up. I have had it running now 24/7 for a few days, & it is a massive step up in speed compared to my old Pi400. Also the temperatures I am seeing even on hot days here are around 40 degree idle & never go over the late 40s when in use. Never heard the fan coming on except when it's first powered on for a few seconds, so its maintaining these temps on passive heat dissipation . To recap, very impressed with the case now I got it working, but more importantly, extremely impressed with ThePiHut, the service/support is second to non & I will only be going to this shop in future for my Pi purchase, & also will be making sure this company gets mentioned when I discuss Pi purchases with friends/colleagues etc. Thank you for the great service guys.
