Excellent case would be a 5/5 however one of the screws is too short so keeps falling out. Have 2 of these case and issue is same on both. But remaining 3 screws enough to keep it together

As documented on various forums, the supplied screws are too short. Spoke to Argon themselves and they have advised they should have supplied M2.5 x 9mm (4) instead of M2.5 x 6mm. Fan is noisy due to the type of bearing used.

Very well made, great design. Only flaw is you have to take it apart to get the card in/out, not so much if you are booting from the ssd. Runs cool, with little fan, much faster boot etc. So far best case I have found.

This has the potential to be an excellent Pi5 case with the inclusion of NVMe support. However, it currently has a couple of significant flaws. The termal pads supplied were not thick enough to fill the space between the SOC and heatsink. With the case assembled there was a small air gap into which could easily slide a strip of paper. This meant the heatsink was ineffective and I had to use a section of the SSD thermal pad to 'double up' and fill the gap. Also two of the screws supplied to attach the base to the case were too short. I fixed this by countersinking the bottom of the screw holes in the plastic base by 1 mm. Just enough to get the screw to engage. However, this kind of adaptation should not be necessary on a properly engineered product. That said, the case is working well and I'm happy with the rest of the product in terms of its function.

Easy to set, if a little fiddly. Worthwhile buying this unit as I have ended up with a very robust product for little more than the cost of buying a cooler, nvme Hat and case.

A great Pi case with some surprising qa issues. First off, the case itself is great: provides good passive cooling coupled with good active cooling. The built-in nvne slot has its own heat sink as well. However, my unit had the following issues: - two of the provided screws were too short and couldn't be used. I had to order a longer set separately just to put the thing together. This is apparently nothing new: https://forum.argon40.com/t/argon-neo-5m-2-nvme/2591/5 - not enough thermal pads provided. Only 2 were included with the case, despite other rpi5 heatsinks coming with at least 4. Even the included instruction booklet has 4 - 5 thermal pads on its how-to image. This reeks of a cost-cutting effort.

This is a great case, my only quibble is that the ribbon cable to go from the Pi to the NVMe interface board is quite short and fiddly to get right, it took me a couple of attempts beore the NVMe drive I was using was recognised but when it was it [a Samsung 980 Pro] was amazingly fast. Overall, very pleased.
