“Ok, so I wanted to give it 4.5, but .. it's very well made, looks and feels like a quality product, very solid when put together and it looks pretty good too. On the downside, it does get quite warm to the touch. I know this is by design but it could maybe do with a "hot" warning somewhere visible on the case for people not expecting it. (and maybe a larger reminder to peel off both sides of the thermal pad) Currently my first choice if I need another.”
“Very good case. Easy & straight forward installation. Flirc cases proved very effective in cooling the Pi in the past for previous Pi generations & the same seems true here. Haven't run the Pi 5 overclocked & don't intend to, so can't comment on that & the case does get very warm as it is, so likely would advise against overclocking & suggest an active cooling solution for overclockers. Overall a very good method for passive cooling & it looks quite smart too. Would definitely recommend.”
“An excellent option for when you want to set a pi some place and not worry about it for years. Though the case itself can get quite dusty, i've never seen any thermal issues, and hardly any dust gets into the case.”
