“A very nice case but seriously flawed. The on off button spigot of the case pushes the board out of alignment from the dcre sockets of the case
. The result is the case cannot be closed with board fitted.”
“Having receiver a Raspberry Pi 5 as a Christmas present I was anxious to set it up to run Home Assistant. Once operational my thought turned to purchasing a case for it. I settled on the FLIRC case. I cannot fault it, it is well made and looks good, and being metal its heat dissipation is good. Not the cheapest case on the market but well worth the £14.00 ticket price.”
“Decent case. Assembly was a bit of a pain, on my first attempt I found the base did not lay flat against a table surface but that was resolved after another attempt.”
“Lovely case, well made, comes with one thermal pad for the CPU. Keeps things decently cool for a fanless case, and the case gets pretty hot which shows it's doing its job. The top and bottom side material is a matte plastic which does tend to be a fingerprint magnet, but it's not a big deal. Also very well priced.”
