This antenna is great value for money. Replacing a general-purpose antenna, it noticeably increased the number of detected aircraft and extended the range by maybe 30%. It's not yet mounted in the optimum position but with it sitting on an indoor windowsill my maximum detection distance is currently 180 miles.

In comparison with my homebuild Co-ax antenna and the mag-mount I had been using, performance has I would estimate doubled in terms of both numbers of aircraft and range - brilliant bit of kit.

Well made aerial, works well, comes complete with mounting hardware, good size for confined spaces, mine is installed in the loft, I am seeing a range of approximately 170nm on FR24 with this aerial.

Easy to install outside and receives a good signal. Well built so should last a good length of time.

Great value. I've installed mine on the corner of my shed connected to a Raspberry Pi in mid Surrey. I regularly get over 120 aircraft at a time, some as far as 150-200miles away. At the price, recommended.

The antenna is great for the application I am using it for. It is part of my FlightRadar24 tracker system and can pick up aircraft more than 200 miles away. It is performing better than I expected. It was really easy to install onto an existing pole on my roof and connect to my ADS-B and Raspberry Pi using the cable I bought at the same time. I recommend this antenna to anyone who is building a flight-tracking receiver.

Excellent antenna! Doubled range of my PiAware setup. 150 miles so far and it’s not on a pole yet!
