“Its a fan, mounts perfectly in the case it was designed for and runs off my Pi4.
The Pi controls the speed automatically to the temp of the chip, although may need to adjust the parameters as it does get a little excited from time to time.
One thing to note though, I know its a fan but its not a quiet fan!
