Easy to test with the preloaded software. Very impressive board with lots of potential for breadboarding with sensors. Can't wait to get into it a little deeper.

What a great machine! Yes, the RP core is very cheap in the first place, however Cytron have added a great amount of extra value and versitility to the core in the form of this board while still keeping overall price down and having very high production quality. Additionally, Cytron have a bit of fun with this board in its demo mode having it play a well known jingle on its peizo!

Great product! I love various power options, but please be aware that there is no reverse polarity protection! Check your wiring!!! And I love silk mask description for all the Grove connectors, making live easier. I would like more stepper motor control though. :)

I have not had a chance to fully explore the Pi RP2040, but it looks like it will tick all of the boxes for construction of a robotic model. I was a little scheptical of the motor control when reading the specification, not knowing if the board had an h-bridge controller for forward and reverse of the two motors, but this doubt was put to bed when I hooked up two geared motors and 4 servos. Straight out of the box, with the pre-installed demo program, the two motors moved in synch forwards and backwards and the servos cycled 0-180 degrees. The 7 grove ports should be well capable of supplying whatever I can throw at it from an input p.o.v. A great little board, now it's down to my programming to bring it all together. Highly recommend it for any control project - Well done Pi-hut!

This is the second Maker Pi RP2040 I have purchased and I have to say they pack a big bang/buck. Perfect for robotics and other projects. Delivery was super quick, ordered at 15:30 on Friday, delivered at 10:00 on Saturday, great service. There is so much built in to this board you can be up and running in minutes. Just 3d printing a case for it now, and I have a bipedal robot project to base on this board. RP2040 + PCA9685 lets me control a plethora of servos. The next robot project requires 13 servos so that should test it's capabilities.
