“Pay for tracking!!
PiHut did a great job in fulfilling my order, I recommend buying from them. Good pricing, quick service. However, I made the mistake of not paying for tracking of the package.
Covid and the Xmas holidays bogged down snail mail globally, but my order took just over a month to get from UK to southern California. This isn't PiHut's responsibility and doesn't affect my good opinion of them, but does reflect poorly on their ability to serve internationally.
Next order I will definitely pay for tracking!! :)”
