The microbit is a great way to get kids started with programming. The app on your phone or computer is easy to use and the Microbit has lots of sensors, such as temperature, light, heat, compas and motion. So there are lots of projects you can do with out needing any extensions or add on modules.”

And it's also very affordable.
The micro:bit has been oversold as a thing for primary school, which is a shame, because it is valid for all ages. They should be selling these to retirement homes as well!”
