“quite a bit smaller than the processor on the RPI 3b+, not covering it completely, but no longer getting the temperature warning, which means it must be doing a good job”
“Admittedly i'm not doing anything crazy (running a PiHole) but it is in a warm room and sat on top of my router which is relatively warm and the CPU hasn't gone above 65 degrees. Happy with the heatsink.”
“This is a great little heatsink for anyone building a project that uses HATs that prevent use of the all-over type of heatsink. It keeps everything at a stable temperature as that's more important than cutting in when the heat has already taken the Pi out of operating range. Range of temperature change is more important on any computer than simply cooling an already overheated processor.”
