“Building the Coral USB library in Gentoo has proved challenging, especially with Google's bazel being complicated and having over 1,000 open issues pending when their tutorial is broken because of version creep. I suppose eventually I'll get there. Pi Hut was great in delivering the product while I was on a wait list. “Purchased the Coral USB Accelerator to use with a Intel NUC7CJYHN running Debian Bullseye 11.5 and a number of docker containers. One of the docker containers is Frigate, and the Coral is working very well for object detection on 8 camera, 4 at 1080p and 4 at 4K.”
