Serves its purpose. I had to make a couple of alterations to the case that the Pi sits in to make everything fit, but that was easy enough.

They seem to be doing the job fine and are very quiet, but you have to be careful how tightly you torque down the screws, as even snugging them up just a little causes the fan blades to bind. I'm not sure if they are binding on the fan cases due to flex in the plastic or fouling on the heatsink below.

This was a replacement for one that's been constantly running for about 4 years and had got very noisy

Easy to fit and surprisingly quiet. There seem to be mixed opinions regarding the use of cooling fans, but I have to say that the fans on this heatsink/dual fans unit are quiet and barely audible, to the extent that I had to look at the fans up close to check that they were actually running.
