“I bought two wireless controllers recently and one of them is faulty (unable to power on).
ThePiHut asked me to ship it from Australia back to UK however the delivery fee won't be refunded.
The shipping fee is about A$20 (~£12) via Australian Post. There is no point in spending another £12 for a replacement.
I won't recommend anyone to buy this if you are not in UK. :(”
“The controller is solid and works well, but it requires 3 batteries, and they do not last very long. So, all in all, this is a good choice if wireless is your priority, but otherwise consider a wired controller.”
“This was instantly recognised by my Pi, feels of very good quality and has made my Retro Pi gaming so much more enjoyable. A real bargain at this price too.”
“Worked right out of the box. Was instantly recognised by Retro Pi and worked like it was attached. Range is good, and worked across my living room although why you would want to be 4 metres from the on screen game action beats me. My only issue are the LEDs on the front are rather bright, but I guess they do the job of reminding you to turn it off after use.”
