“I don't use this lead on my Official Raspberry Pi Display because I have it mounted in a SmartiPi Touch case. Instead I use quite a few of these leads wherever I need a short Standard USB to MicroUSB lead. So for example, I have one on a robot buggy between the Pi and the rechargeable battery pack, one in the car so that I can charge my phone when its in the centre console compartment next to the usb socket. One between a scrollbot and it portable battery pack and one between a Pi and an Adafruit Feather. For some of these non-standard uses the lead could be a bit longer but in preference to having bundles of spare usb lead wrapped up and stuffed into places its an acceptable and useful compromise.”
