“Came in a well packaged box, with a couple of thermal pads for the different model(s) of the pi3, the only tricky part to the installation was trying to take off the plastic protection on both sides of the thermal pads.
There is also a knack to inserting the Pi into the case, as the 3.5mm headphone jack needs to go through the side hole first before the board locates into the correct position for the back of the case to go on correctly and for the screw holes to be tightened up.
It's definitely helped with the temperatures, as the thermometer icon rarely comes up on the screen now”
“Great build, good looks, and convenient - due to easy access to memory card. The heat sink seems to work reasonably well, under heavy load the Pi doesn't get worryingly hot (not done any thorough testing).
If your Pi stays visible, this is the case to get.”
“Neat, easy to assemble and very effective. CPU temp is a good 10°C lower than when in official plastic case. Only quibble is that it was a real fiddle to get the paper backing off the self adhesive thermal pad.”
