The cases are excellent have them on two of my pi3s now. They warm up, reassuringly cooling the pi processor. Very happy, thank you

Lovely solid piece of kit. Top quality. It's great that people are willing to design and build this kind of thing.

This is now the third FLIRC case I've bought from The PiHut. The deployment of Pi's in these professional solid cases adds a touch of class. The main reason I like these is the thermal dissipation which is achieved by the tooling of the case so there are contact points against the surface of the CPU which works better than a simple heatsink inside an unventilated plastic box. The fact it comes with a selection of thermal paste pads shows that someone really thought this product out. Definitely my go to choice for Pi enclosures and The Pi Hut service ensures its a swift and hassle free purchase backed by great customer service. This time it's a RetroPie deployment! Can't beat 8 bit gaming!

Good quality case. Installing the Pi3B was very straightforward.

Came in a well packaged box, with a couple of thermal pads for the different model(s) of the pi3, the only tricky part to the installation was trying to take off the plastic protection on both sides of the thermal pads. There is also a knack to inserting the Pi into the case, as the 3.5mm headphone jack needs to go through the side hole first before the board locates into the correct position for the back of the case to go on correctly and for the screw holes to be tightened up. It's definitely helped with the temperatures, as the thermometer icon rarely comes up on the screen now

Great build, good looks, and convenient - due to easy access to memory card. The heat sink seems to work reasonably well, under heavy load the Pi doesn't get worryingly hot (not done any thorough testing). If your Pi stays visible, this is the case to get.
