I've been wanting to learn Python on my pi for some time now and started looked at what kits were about that came with tutorials. I ordered this and the first kit at the same time. I have to say, they are fantastic. Worth every penny.

Kit comes nicely packaged in a metal container, containing everything you need to complete the projects, and keep all the components, safe. Instructions for downloading the projects is in the kit. Each project is well written, providing simple instructions to use/connect the components in the kit. Each is a progression on the last one so giving you a great base knowledge to then apply to other projects. Very impressed.

This is another great kit from CamJam, excellent worksheets and good fun. Learning things I should have learned 25 years ago. :)

If you want to learn how to get your Raspberry Pi to sense the world around it this collection of sensors are an excellent way to start. There are also online supporting worksheets available at http://camjam.me/?page_id=623 which guide you through building the circuit and coding a project with each of the components.

Great wee kit to get you started with electronics regardless of age. Well put together and good quality. Keeping the fingers crossed that there will be more advanced kits on the way.

Service prompt and well packaged 10 out of 10. Products fitted together well and are very well supported with bags of software and suggestions how to use them and how they work.

The GPIO connector was confusing to configure. The pins are not marked and I just followed the Worksheet sheet and counted the pins to find the right connections. There should be a pin breakout guide that fits over the pins showing the pin numbers. The diagram shows coloured wires which were very easy to follow. My kit came with a bunch of blue and black wires which didn't help with the construction of the project. I didn't realise there was a right or wrong way to position the breadboard, my first attempt was to wire the project the wrong way round (silly boy). The resistors are very fragile, I was surprised how fine the wires were. When the resistors were placed on the board the wires were difficult to see (perhaps I should have gone to SpecSavers) Finally I have not coded using Nano before, it was very straight forward but I had to surf the Internet to get some additional information. It is an excellent kit and found it very interesting.
