Great starter kit for basic physical computing. Who doesn’t love to see an LED light up! Educational materials also very helpful.

Great little kit, good intro to breadboards. Enough to get going and decide what direction you wish to go.

The Kit is excellent, a very simple and easy intro to using the Pi. I bought the other two kits too and the bug has bitten!

My RasPi was not in use for couple of years so this kit was good and easy way to test that GPIO still works. Worksheets and python files have very clear comments.

Having been a child of the BBC Micro which lead to a career in Computing, initially on the physical side, the CamJam EduKit range seemed a non threatening reintroduction to physical IO. I found the EduKit 1 satisfying so moved onto the EduKit 2 and was not disappointed. The kits contain everything needed to complete the experiments which are presented in a clear, easy to understand format with each building on previous playtimes! While basic, they are reliable in that following the directions results in a reliably working example. Then the real fun begins in playing around with it. The only minor enhancement I would suggest would be the inclusion of a list of further quality online resources that complement the learning objectives.

I bought the Pi as a first attempt to use a linux based program language, and found that the Edukits were a great asset in my learning. I have now bought the three kits and am steadily getting deeper into the many uses for the them. Thanks again for giving the public a great product.
