“Although GREECE is on the far end of Europe waiting for PI Hut's hub to arrive was worth while. The hub is a good choice of equipment for raspberry pi. Since day one the hub is both powering the rasp and providing connections with no problem AT ALL. Bravo The Pi Hut team!!”
“I ordered the hub the day after after Yummy Mummy Xmas gave me the Pi. Delivery should have happened the week between Xmas & New Year. The Pi Hut team got the goods out - Royal Mail just didn't deliver. Real pain as I had paid extra on a screen for a quick delivery - which did arrive as scheduled - but no cables.
Kit looks good quality and is absolutely priced right. Pi Hut looks to be a good source - other than the Royal Mail's inability to deliver in the way the say they will.”
“I hadn't noticed the, order UK or EU version drop down. I just clicked order due to needing one in a hurry and was quite disappointed I couldn't use it when it came due to it having a non UK plug fitted to the PSU. Maybe PIHut could have noticed I was ordering for a UK address and the default could have been UK spec unless ordered otherwise. It appears the default is EU spec. Anyway I'm accepting a bit of blame for that as I didn't notice the options. The hub itself seems to work with most of my peripherals except my usb cam. I get time out errors if I run the cam through the hub but not if connected direct but then this could be due to the combined cable length rather than a problem with the hub itself. As long as you take heed to the above its a good well built little hub and I can recommend it, just not for usb cams.”
