“It's easy to fill a 4 port hub and still need more space. Most USB hubs have their sockets aligned lengthways and too close.
Which is why I bought the powered 7 way hub! The ladder arrangement is brilliant. It can accomodate a Flash Drive and my Trust Wireless Mouse dongle in adjacent slots. Placing two of the slots on the back is another piece of inspired design. The footstand holds the pillar firm - but, I had to supply the piece of BlueTac to hold the assembly still on the table. But, of course, the included power supply relieves the Pi of the need to supply the attachments. Simply put, I am delighted with my purchase!”
