“The wood was as described but the issue was that we were not given proper notice of the delivery and no information about it was available on the website. The email arrived only a couple of hours before the arrival of the wood and as I was away from home at the time I did not see it. I was unaware of it until the driver called to say he ahd arrived and I had to run back home. I would have expected much earlier notification with the option to change it ir necessary as promised on the website.”

“Have used for 7 years now and always very happy. one small thing this year was that I normally get a phone call from the distribution office to see what day for delivery but not this year only got a phone call from the driver just before delivery but all worked out OK. the logs are exceptional as always”
