“The logs are very good, although some are a bit big. However we did have a problem with the haulage company, always been very helpful but this driver was particularly unhelpful & dumped them blocking our entrance to our garden, which we need continual access to, the haulage company were not at all helpful when we contacted them & will seriously consider using a different log company because of this, which is a shame as like your logs & all other drivers have been very helpful!”

“V. Good, delivered earlier than expected which was great. Logs a good size and burn well with plenty of heat. Can't wait to pour a glass of malt with fire blazing and winter storms outside. Bliss”

“The wood was as described but the issue was that we were not given proper notice of the delivery and no information about it was available on the website. The email arrived only a couple of hours before the arrival of the wood and as I was away from home at the time I did not see it. I was unaware of it until the driver called to say he ahd arrived and I had to run back home. I would have expected much earlier notification with the option to change it ir necessary as promised on the website.”
