“Excellent delivery. Excellent pellets. Only complaint is lots of bags had small holes. Not big enough to lose a lot of pellets but meant I had to store them upright instead of stacking them flat. A bit of a challenge therefore getting 260 bags into my boiler room.”

“All good as far as the pellets are concerned. Unfortunately, as the delivery driver told us, a fork lift driver taking their pallet off the lorry had caught one of my pallets. The result was six bags damaged that had to be gaffer taped and in total about half a bag's worth of pellets lost. So not Luxury Wood's product fault. Paul”
