“The Luxury Wood Company customer service is excellent and the products (pellets) are good quality and good value, however the delivery partner (Pallet Force Allience) are questionable, 3 split bags on my recent delivery which is a regular occurance, also the vehicle used for deliveries is often unsutable for such a large pallet which results on often disgruntled delivery drivers and is quite frankly dangerous”

“The best price around at the moment. The smoke doesn't have the best barbeque smell I have experienced (9 years experience of biomass energy) but they burn well and I've had no issues”

“Luxury Wood have supplied my last few orders. Very little if any damage to the loads delivered. Delivery is usually in about 4 to 5 working days, so effective. The price is competitive. The delivery companies used in West Yorkshire are helpful and efficient. Would recommend with the caveat that, try the supplier and form your own opinion.”
