“All good as far as the pellets are concerned. Unfortunately, as the delivery driver told us, a fork lift driver taking their pallet off the lorry had caught one of my pallets. The result was six bags damaged that had to be gaffer taped and in total about half a bag's worth of pellets lost. So not Luxury Wood's product fault. Paul”

“The Luxury Wood Company customer service is excellent and the products (pellets) are good quality and good value, however the delivery partner (Pallet Force Allience) are questionable, 3 split bags on my recent delivery which is a regular occurance, also the vehicle used for deliveries is often unsutable for such a large pallet which results on often disgruntled delivery drivers and is quite frankly dangerous”
