“I was previously mis-delivered unbranded pellets from a different company, but I was unable to return them. I am now using Flame Plus Wood Pellets, and the difference is astounding - much, much less ash, slower burn rate, and no more corrosive chlorine going into my boiler. I experienced great difficulty with the delivery company but cannot praise Kali enough for her efforts to resolve the situation. I have nothing but praise for this company.”
