“Have had logs a few times now from Luxury Wood. Logs are uniform size and burn well and good value compared to others. Noticed some bad feedback regarding the delivery, but since the change to the new company I have had no issues. Actually nice to get a call regarding delivery date.”

“I asked for a morning delivery which I received which was great. However no one informed me of the delivery date so it was 'quite a surprise' (putting it mildly) when the chap turned up with 2 metre cubed of wood on a pallet (in the rain) which I had to move down a shingle covered driveway on my own. Little by little on a sack barrow with no help (which I could have organised had I known) !! BTW I am 60 years old. I chose not to complain but given that you asked, here is my response. I just decided that maybe I should take my custom elsewhere next time. Many thanks, with the exception of the odd rogue log, I have no complaints thus far with your product. Regards, Johnny Moore.”
