“I asked for a morning delivery which I received which was great. However no one informed me of the delivery date so it was 'quite a surprise' (putting it mildly) when the chap turned up with 2 metre cubed of wood on a pallet (in the rain) which I had to move down a shingle covered driveway on my own. Little by little on a sack barrow with no help (which I could have organised had I known) !! BTW I am 60 years old. I chose not to complain but given that you asked, here is my response. I just decided that maybe I should take my custom elsewhere next time. Many thanks, with the exception of the odd rogue log, I have no complaints thus far with your product. Regards, Johnny Moore.”

“I find that Birch is a good companion to Ash. Birch lights easily and burns hot but fairly quickly so I use Ash (slower burning ) to control the burn rate once the fire is running at it's its optimum.”
