price quoted online was not price charged over phone, insurer used excuse that they mistook time licence held as also being no claims bonus entitlement, so when quoted online insurer included 11yrs no claims bonus to quote instead of 0yrs even though my online quote declaration stated 11yrs licence held and 0yrs no claims. difference in quote and actual cost was approx + £150.00. would think twice about using Right Choice again.

Very quick to phone and offer the best possible deal, but when the email confirmation came was the cover and excess were incorrect, unable to speak to a person who could sort out adequately, took several phone calls. Also there is a nasty clause stating that you must sign and submit authorisation for them to cancel the policy without notice if they need to. Paperwork giving information about cover incorrect, paperwork from actual insurer has different policy number. Contact numbers from broker regarding who to contact if you have an accident different to those from actual insurer. Nasty clause about you must contact them within an hour of the incident unless you are unable to do so. Whilst on holiday 2 weeks after having been finalised received a text asking to submit paperwork immediately by email or fax even though paperwork had been submitted so that we could received the insurance certificate for the year. LAFter contacting them by email received a blanket statement stating that the text had been sent out in error. All in all the people are all very polite but non-effective. I only hope that the need to make a claim doesn't arise as I don't have a great deal of faith in that being handled any better (that is providing they havent cancelled the cover without informing us!). Having since read other reviews about this company it would seem we are not alone and I am disappointed that they are allowed to promote their services on The Bike Insurer website.

I picked the people I did as they offered a quote which was significantly lower than my previous insurer. By the time I got through to them (a pain) and discussed my details, the only change by the way was the addition of 1 years no claim, the quote went up by £100. They still worked out £20 - 30 cheaper, but I feel I was conned by the original quote.
