after many e-mails from them about copies of driving licences which i think is wrong and counter parts of mine and the insured (my son) they would not give any me any info ref insurance only my son as he is the policy holder and i was the named rider and i paid for the policy.

Good company to go with for bike insurance, easy and simple to buy over the phone, had insurance within 2 hours of being contacted, no problems at all, cheapest insurance I could find, would definitely recommend!

As I couldn't find last years renewal I quoted nine years no claim, my mistake, it turned out to be seven years so theywhacked another £40, making a total of over £100. I should've stuck with saga .I won't make the same mistake next year.

The worst customer service you'll ever receive through a phone, blunt conversation no help whatsoever and when I asked to cancel the policy I got nothing but rude Jack Tighe on the phone!

Called me after paying yearly premium to find any reason to raise the price. You will have to pay over 250 quid to cancel. Terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague, i would pay more to not have to deal with these criminals again.

I was quoted £30 a month on the comparison site I used. When I clicked through to complete purchase I was taken to their own site where I confirmed all my details and completed the purchase. Within 10 minutes I recieved a phone call from them, a very friendly and helpful young man just wanted to confirm some details. I confirmed my details were all the same as I had input into the site. After a few minutes wait I was told the best they could do was £75 a month and less cover than I was originally quoted! I informed them that with the same details I had been quoted as £30 a month. The young gentleman went to "talk to the underwriter" and returned with a new offer of £50 a month. I informed them I would not accept any offer other than the one I was offered originally, the one I had signed up for. After a few minutes haggling they agreed to match the quote I was given by another insurer of £35 a month, not my original quote from them but I decided to accept it. A week later I recieve a letter asking for me to send some documents, driving licence, no claims bonus proof etc. I send these off and think nothing more of it. For the next 3 months I am repeatedly harassed for these documents despite sending them recorded delivery several times and via email several more. They even acknowledged I had sent "some" of the documents but not all and threatened to cancel my policy. I sent them again, this time with a angrily worded email letting them know I had lodged a complaint with the financial ombudsmen, and requested they let me know they had recieved the email and documents. They didn't and I heard no more from them until last week they sent another email asking for the same documents again and threatening cancellation again. At no point have they let me know what is wrong with my documents despite me asking. Avoid this company like the plague.
