Filled out the online form with all my details, then had to spend another 20mins going through the same questions with the company I choose that was after numerous phone calls promising call back etc, it actually took 3 days to get covered!! And just to rub salt into the wounds after going through all the stuff i done online again the quote was £50 more Never again, I'd go to the big boys first you may pay a little more but the service would be better

I had to call to validate my insurance, which is reasonable but they called me 16 times in one day whilst I was at work & when I called back they put me on hold for 30 mins each time. The advisers were not particularly curtious either & spoke ver quickly Additionally I had to provide copies of a large number of documents, which seemed excessive

Would never go to right choice again , they ripped me off of hundreds of pounds, I took the policy out stating no no claims bonus, but when the paper work came through it said 1 years, I rang them, but they insisted that's what I put which it wasn't , so had to pay another 180 pounds on my policy to take it off as well as the 175 pounds I had already paid for the policy. Then they wanted proof of driving license and cbt , I kept emailing them to them but they kept saying they hadn't got it this went on for weeks, I got so fed up in the end I told them to cancel the policy, and yep you guessed it I had to pay more money to cancel it. Another £150 to cancel even though I bought it outright , so cheers guys you well and truly ripped me off shall never recommend them ever again
