“Poor after service. Trying to fleece you for more money above the original quote. Still sending me emails ststing i haven't provided my documents ehich J have done twice. Will not be renewing next year with them regardless of price.”
“Bieksure are incredibly poor.
AS a result of taking insurance out with them, I had to forward certain documents, driving licence and proof of address, within a 7 day period.
I did this via email, so that I had proof.
10 days later I received an email stating that they had cancelled the insurance 2 days previously, as they had not received the documents.
I forwarded emails etc, but they would not back down and have demanded more money.
I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman”
“I sent the documents as bikesure requested stapled together but they lost one of them and then sent numerous e-mails requesting it again and threatened to cancel insurance, they never apologised and lied about phoning me very poor customer service.”
