“The staff were very polite and dealt with setting up the policy very efficiently (Even though the adverts do get a bit annoying after a while whilst on hold). The price was a touch expensive considering that it was over £100 the original cost of my moped, but it had everything that I needed from the policy (And, I suppose, it is to be expected) Generally though very good policy and customer service.”

“This company is very hard to communicate with. To telephone is very costly, email responses are slow and don't always answer all your questions. I've asked not to receive paper letters but am still receiving them with late information as they arrive weeks after an issue has been resolved. This is just with setting up my policy.. I am praying I don't need to actually claim from them!”
