too many hoops to jump through to get insured, I.E, photo's required, original price of bike when bought, documents to be photocopied & to be sent in. I shall look elsewhere for insurance next year.

As a new bike owner I found the site to be lacking in much information and guidance. I couldn't call in to check things as it was a Sunday. I was asked to call them to clarify a few things. The staff were rather haughty and arrogant when I spoke to them and didn't have any idea of simple questions I asked them such as "why does it cost more if I take the bike to work?". I simply got answers like "that's the way insurance works". I then had to jump through a ton of hoops including sending them pictures and signing declarations every other day. It was SO STRESSFUL! I have only recently gotten it sorted (a couple of people there are decent, overall their staff, website and policies are a bad joke). I would in no way recommend this firm.

I went on compare the market, and found bikesure they came up with the cheapest price, so I rang them, as I was changing my bike within a week of starting the policy, they could not have been more helpful they sorted a good price and made it so when I rang them to tell them about my bike change, there was no more to pay just give a few details excellent service. Thank-you.

Do NOT use this company! They cancelled the policy after a couple of weeks and expected me to pay a full year's premium. When I refused they sent threatening letters and I keep getting threats from a debt collection agency.
