The main thing for me is alot of the other sites dont account for you having multiple security devices an list alot of the extras bikers put on. Eg race replica paint jobs, huggers, rearsets etc. The process was really great an they came back with the best value quote. Which is wot its all about.”

To purchase to policy was trouble and hassle free.
What I did not expect were several e-mails after the policy had expired asking for mileage guarantees and declarations.
Overall the experience with Bike sure was very good. Just reduce the unnecessary e-mails.”
“where do I start? I was told from the start that I needed to change my address on my licence, so I did this after the 6th June, therefore I did not receive the counter part of my licence. Bike sure said this would be ok, then after recieving no email after sending my drivers licence you canceled my insurance. I did not hear about this until you sent me a cowardly text. After explaining for the third time that I do not have a counterpart of my licence, I was told there was nothing that could be done. You then said "as a good will gesture" you will give me 45 pounds towards my cancelation fee, but I do not feel like I should pay this as I wasn't the one that cancelled. You also have been charging me since this for the insurance. Very badly run company and very bad contact with customers. Livid!”
