“Never have I been asked so many questions to get insurance, had to send proof of address, proof of I/D, copy of licence, had to register with dvla so they could check driving details online. Such a fuss to insure a 125 for £90.”
“Non stop problems, poor customer service. Not kept in the loop and very little communication, you need better lisson with dvla and also need to understand the processing of changing address as it takes time for the dvla to process I shouldn't keep being threatened and a premium being added to my direct debit without my agreement. Would never use again worst service I have received in a long time and its a shame as the initial chap I spoke to really knew what he was talking about and was very helpful, it went significantly down hill after that.”
“After giving my details online which was correct i was given a reasonable quote which i accepted then from quotezone site i used to compare prices to yourselves the information was incorrected or no info at all then i got a charge after charge ..making policy nearly double the price ..i personally will not use bikesure to renew policy i paying more for a 50cc scooter than i do for my 2.0 ford mondeo ..very unhappy with the service charges just to click a button on the pc to correct thinks will defo cut out the middle man to me its just greed on how you make your money”
