“My son had to cancel his insurance. As his bike had to be taken off the road and to our discust we had to pay £80 to cancel it ,utter nonsense. Won't be back”
“I started this policy on the 29/02/2016. It was not until I had agreed to pay by direct debit on monthly instalments that bikesure demanded that I provide licence check codes, copy of photo card proof of money spent (bills etc), bill of sale 7 colour photos of the bike, all this information was required to be downloaded from your website. As far as my licence is concerned Adrian Flux must have more copies than any other insurer on the planet. I decided I did not want to spend more time gathering all this information, so cancelled my insurance after only being covered for 3 weeks. Bikesure then demanded the full years payment with all types of threats. Unless we are able to come to a reasonable settlement I will take this matter to the ombudsman. I will then abide by his ruling

Disappointed as couldn't insure bike once purchased for cover had to complete cbt within 7 days adding extra pressure as not aware of this criteria neither was the retailer where I bought the bike. Customer service was very helpful in getting an extension due to weather and the cbt company I was using being fully booked.”

I felt I should have been alerted to restrictions as well as advised of benefits. Discretion was applied, to my satisfaction, and I will know to ask in advance before accepting future quotes.
