“Bikes ure didnt help me at all , I fact they took my money exqeptionally fast then demanded me to send documents , not helpful considering I was out the country when they asked me for a photo of my motorcycle in the garage that I haven't got , I returned home after my time away and found a cancellation notice !!! “I had a nightmare year on motorbikes in 2015 - One stolen the replacement and self involved in a write off crash !!( neither my fault ) - I thought I would be treated as a high risk as was by my then current insurer.
Pure chance led me to Bikesure and I spoke to them and explained the situation - the quotes we very reasonable ( better than my existing insurer) and the staff were more than helpful assisting me in putting the new policy in place .

the system and all way the company deal with tasks is not flexible and is not professional.
i didnt get any support with anything ...
none of persons i contact with did not try to resolve problems to make happy both sides.
compare to previous services I was with in last 6 years , this one was poor.
in my opinion people expecting a flexibility, support in resolving problems, and good advice to help for members who are not fluent with insurance rules .
