“MCE is good at attracting new customers but poor at dealing with claims. The telephone number they provide you for notifying a claim is a premium rate number so they keep you on hold for extended periods and also force you to repeat the same information multiple times to different departments. Expect mobile phone charges around £30. Additionally, they are very keen to involve their legal partners, Fletchers Solicitors, in even the most trivial circumstances. I ended up dealing with the 3rd party insurers directly and was treated very professionally.”
