“Its bike insurance I didnt appreciate being rang up by them saying if you pay half as much again we will reduce your exextortionate excess to a slightly less one. Probably wont use them next time unles they the cheapest”
“I purchased my bike insurance through Bike Insurer and all was very easy and completed in minutes. Unfortunately I didn't receive my documents by email and I had to contact MCE's customer service 3 times to get them sent to me despite being assured they would be sent each time. The policy was great value and included breakdown cover which at the price is fantastic.
Easy to buy, great policy, I just don't have much confidence in customer support.”
“Still waiting for policy documents. Bike was stolen two weeks ago and they have doubled my access because it was not placed in overnight insured location within a reasonable amount if time (50 mins) had I had recieved my documents ( 3 phone requests and 3 email requests made) I would have known that a "reasonable" amount of time was a clause in the policy.
So from my point of view I would not recommend mce or ever use them again. Funny considering there meant to be a biker friendly insurance company.”
