“When I received the policy documentation, it was different to the quote. I was not willing to pay for this lower cover so asked for a refund. The policy had been in force for less than 48 hours and the bike had been locked in my garage as it didn't yet have a MOT. Even though MCE admitted fault, they still insisted upon a cancellation fee as they felt they had provided cover. I refused to pay and after 45 minutes 'conversation' and the threat of the Financial Ombudsman they finally agreed to fully refund me in two weeks.
I will not use them again.”
