“This is such a helpful item to have in the pantry and a healthy alternative to a stock cube (as much as I love a stock cube!) when I don’t have the ingredients or time to make my own broth. I would expect more of a gelatinous wobble with a beef bone broth though, so feel like the collagen lacks somewhat. The cost means I could only purchase if the item was being promoted at the supermarket.”
