“Firstly, I want to say, the lads delivering were stars, really helpful and literally did all the heavy lifting. I have now assembled the DKN 7400 multi-gym, and overall I am happy with it. As others have said, you need to carefully study the instructions, but with the aid of this YouTube video v=nwtevMDQ2KA and the pdf version of the instructions, which can you zoom in on, it's manageable. To cap it off, I picked it up with an extra 10% off discounted price, so was a genuine bargain imo.”

“This is the second piece of DKN fitness equipment I have bought as I think they are superb value for money. I bought a DKN cross trainer around 8 years ago which is still in excellent condition. I have used similar machines at a gym previously and I think the 7400 multi gym is a quality piece of kit. It is very smooth and comfortable to use. My wife and I are both quite short (5'6 and 5'2) but have no problem with doing the exercises we want to. The "adjustable seat" however only has two height settings. As many other reviews state, the assembly is a bit challenging and takes several hours. The instructions are accurate but it needs care and attention to detail to understand them fully. Nuts and bolts are labelled very clearly but the component parts seem to have a coloured dot identification system which I couldn't understand. However its not that difficult to find the right pieces as you go. It is worth having a nice clear space though and assemble in the final position you will use it as it is very heavy once assembled. I found a 17mm ratchet spanner the most useful tool to have. There are tools that come in the box but they're not ideal. You also end up with a huge amount of cardboard and plastic bags from all the packaging. The ordering and delivery from Sweatband was faultless. Delivered within a few days by two very helpful and polite young men. They called 1/2 hour before delivery and the tracking system showed their location. I would definitely recommend the DKN 7400 multi gym and Sweatband as a supplier.”

“We're pretty happy with this. We have some issues which stem from my being 5'2 and my husband being 6'3. I guess it would best suit those of more average height to get the absolute best of it. It's quiet and runs smoothly. The exercise sheet with it is beyond useless for anyone looking to get started from basics level and includes a few things this model doesn't have. We were surprised at that. The ankle collar/weight option appealed but there's nothing to hold on to so, in practice, it's hard to keep form to avoid injury. Overall we do like it, just not blind to its limitations for us. Excellent customer service from Sweatband on the two large purchases we've made.”

“We have had this two weeks now. Took approximately six hours to assemble. There is a Far East video on YouTube which helps immensely. The instructions when getting to the finer details can be vague. Excellent value for money, it works well, very smooth and you can do a good range of burning or bulking exercises. Only slight downside for me as a taller man I can’t achieve the full effect on the chest press. I also have to raise the seat as high as it will go to use the leg extension effectively. Other than those two points a great machine and excellent value for money.”
