“After recently getting rid of my free weights and numerous benches, I began to miss my training, so I decided to buy a multi gym. The DKN 7400 is a fantastic bit of kit and meets all my needs. As for the instructions, christ almighty, I didn't think I'd ever get it up and running. But don't let my experience put you off, as I'm generally useless at putting together stuff like this, so it was a massive achievement that I managed it at all.”

“Great piece of equipment to train the whole body. Took a long time to put together, the instructions were complicated in parts, would help having a bit more information on them. Also would have been good to receive an exercise program chart showing how to correctly use each piece for the novice trainers!”

“Sturdy machine with a decent 80kg weight stack. It was hard to find a machine for the price which could take my weight but this machine has a user weight of 150kg. My only gripe was the instructions to assemble. The nuts, bolts etc in the blister pack were numbered correctly with the instructions but all the main parts has differing arrangements of coloured dots which had no relation to the instructions?? Luckily I’m not to bad at this kind of thing and managed but it did take me quite a time to assemble.”

“Very impressed with the equipment - well engineered and feels very solid The pictorial instructions were easy to follow and it took me 4-5 hours to build on my own Weight stack of 80kg is more than enough to keep me occupied Good value for money Sweatband kept me informed on my order all the way - good service - would recommend”

“I looked at a lot of multi gyms, but this was by far the best value for money. It’s great & you can do loads with it! Just allow plenty of time & patience to assemble, but it’s well worth it!”
