“Very happy with DKN 7400 Multi gym. Took approx 5 hours to put together for 1 person, instructions are basic but screws and fittings are labelled in sections to match each page of instructions. I was dreading it but quite enjoyed putting it all together The gym itself is sturdy and easy to use, I'm already seeing results after a week of use. It's handy to have at home as you can work out in bitesize chunks during the say. I would recommend this multi gym”

“So glad I purchased this multi gym. It has really transformed my workout routine. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now 5/7 days a week. It is a good sturdy product with a smooth pulley system. Managed to construct on my own in 4.5 hours. Would recommend using a ratchet spanner and adjustable to tighten all the bolts. The quality of the materials is great. I’ve been really pushing myself during my workouts and it feels secure giving you confidence to workout harder without having to worry about movement or machine failure. The weight stack is more than big enough. This has actually made me enjoy my workouts more as it offers such diversity and allows you to target different muscle groups preventing workout boredom. I got it on a special offer with £200 off and so was an excellent price to. I’ve also already purchased different handle attachments for it to further increase the range of exercises I can do. It comes with a standard EZ bar and straight bar. Would 100% recommend.”

“Great piece of kit. 80 kg more than enough for me. Assembly not as difficult as some reviews have said although the tools supplied are not up to the job. 18mm, 17mm, 10 mm sockets and spanners do the job easily. Build quality very good. Everything fits together as it should even down to the rubber bolt head caps. If I was to be picky and find fault it would be with the leg extension set up. I'm 6' 2" with long legs and there's no adjustment in the pads, but I didn't buy it for the legs so yeah I'm being picky. Overall great piece of kit and deserved of the 5 stars”

“32 yr old male athletic build. Very happy. Smooth pulley systems, weight is more than enough for most exercises. Good range of different workouts. About 4-5 hours to build. GET A SET OF WRATCHET SPANNERS, ou at least size 17. Only moan is, I wish the bar going through the plates was longer. If your using very light weight it comes out.”
