I just had to disable the driver in the Windows settings, the installer automatically installed 2 programs, the second for the headphones. The last release solved all the problems, I can clearly hear all the frequencies. Very happy with the new release !!!”

“I assumed SoundID reference would be able to find my Sonarworks serial on my computer. I have lost my copy. So the product will not activate beyond the trial. No matter, from the trial I find SoundID to be the worst of several similar products. I suggest you people start using iLok so losing a serial number will not be an issue. I am not motivated to jump through whatever hoops is required to activate my upgrade purchase when I will not be using it.”
