“Purchased the upgrade on March 27th and could not install it due to the Sonarworks database not recognizing my product which was last updated November 29, 2019. Contacted technical support by email multiple times and have had no response other than to say that they are very busy. So I am left with a product that is completely unusable. Are they going out of business? That is 2 weeks with no response. Sad!”

“As a producer, I was quite impressed with reference ID itself but was aware of some of its minor shortcomings which affected my mix translations a bit.. SoundID is the answer to those short comings... I can fully depend on headphone mixes anymore since my careful collaboration. It’s imperative to have a flat response to get best mixes and SoundID gives the edge by allowing you to additionally calibrate your headphones manually to achieve that flat response. It’s a MUST UPGRADE! I appeal to all to upgrade to SoundID if you are looking to get the best from your headphones!

“Hello! Finally, the issue with the driver was resolved, for several years I suffered with Sistem Wide, after opening the Cubase sequencer, the Windows player always turned off, with the ensuing consequences, it was necessary to constantly restart the computer. I just had to disable the driver in the Windows settings, the installer automatically installed 2 programs, the second for the headphones. The last release solved all the problems, I can clearly hear all the frequencies. Very happy with the new release !!!”
